E-challan payment pending or failed

Check the official transaction status before attempting another payment.

Do not immediately pay twice

A browser error does not establish whether a transaction failed. Keep the payment reference and first check the official pending-transaction route.

Follow the fields and current instructions on the official service. GaadiCompass cannot see the transaction, bank debit, settlement or refund.

If the status remains unclear, use the official grievance route or the support information displayed by the issuing portal.
