Form 20 covers an application for registration or temporary registration. Form 28 concerns an NOC. Read each form’s purpose before deciding which process you need.
Forms 29, 30 and 35
Gujarat’s service reference associates Forms 29 and 30 with ownership transfer, and Form 35 with ending a hypothecation entry. Ending finance and changing ownership are different transactions.
Forms 26 and 33
Form 26 is the duplicate-RC reference; Form 33 concerns an address change. A form number does not replace the state service’s supporting-document and submission instructions. Use the government originals and keep your acknowledgement.
